How does Smart Settle work?

Our algorithm nets all debts and shows you the minimum transfers needed. If A owes B 1000, and B owes C 1000, the system tells A to pay C directly, bypassing the middleman and saving time.

How do I top up my wallet?

You can top up your wallet via JazzCash using any local debit or credit card, or your JazzCash Mobile Wallet. Go to the Wallet section in the app, tap "Top Up", and enter the amount you wish to add.

How do I withdraw money?

You can request a withdrawal to your linked bank account from the Wallet section. Enter your IBAN or Account number and submit the request. Our administrative team typically processes withdrawals within 1-2 business days.

Is there a limit on group sizes?

No, there is no hard limit on the number of members in a group. You can add as many friends as you need for a trip, household, or event.

How are exchange rates or different currencies handled?

Currently, Splitkar operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to provide a native, seamless experience tailored for the local market. Multi-currency support is on our roadmap for future updates.

What is the Pro subscription?

Splitkar Pro offers premium features such as advanced statistical insights, priority customer support, and the ability to export your transaction history to PDF and CSV formats. You can subscribe from your Profile page.
